• Taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the client.

• All original content, strategies, creatives, designs, and materials created by Thadathil Digital Connects remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
• Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for agreed purposes.
• We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
